IT Support Engineer

Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking proactive and technically sound IT Support Engineers to join our Data Centre Operations team. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to StormFiber and Cybernet teams, including both on-site troubleshooting and nationwide remote assistance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

· Assemble, disassemble, and maintain computer hardware components.

· Install software, configure Microsoft Outlook, and manage data backups.

· Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and oversee software licensing.

· Support and monitor CCTV systems, NVR / DVR, and access control systems.

· Administer LAN infrastructure and ensure stable and secure network operations.

· Perform Ethernet cable structuring and physical network setups.
