Riphah International University seeks a skilled IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to both on-site and remote end users. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in network troubleshooting, Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory management, and customer service. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and email issues while maintaining and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with users and provide clear guidance and training.
