We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to provide reliable technical support and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems and end-user services. This role will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and managing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the IT team and business users to troubleshoot technical problems, maintain IT assets and documentation, and contribute to improving service quality and system reliability in a professional IT environment.
