Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to provide first-line support to an international remote workforce. The role requires working UK business hours and reporting directly to a UK Operations Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Provide end-user support across Windows and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Manage Microsoft 365 users (non-Global Admin)
• Support SaaS applications
• Assist with VoIP / Teams calling issues
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting for remote users
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking
• Implement controlled changes (permissions, access adjustments)
• Escalate structured issues to the UK IT provider
