IT Support Engineer

What you'll do:

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Manage upgrades and maintenance of desktop, laptop, and workstation operating systems and related software.
• Deliver technical support to users within the company and its affiliates.
• Monitor and ensure consistent functionality and connectivity of all enterprise systems and applications
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, assess their impact on interconnected systems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Keep antivirus and endpoint protection tools updated on all computing devices and servers.
• Support the administration of on-premise servers and network hardware, including routers, access points, biometric systems, and switches
• Respond to IT service requests through the ticketing platform, delivering timely and effective technical assistance in accordance with SLA standards
