Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second & third-line IT support within a ticket-based ITSM environment.
• Respond quickly and calmly to critical incidents and outages , ensuring structured troubleshooting and clear communication.
• Support hybrid infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure, Active Directory/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 .
