IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor network & server systems using NOC tools
• Handle alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting
• Manage incident reporting and follow escalation procedures
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance
• Communicate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in NOC / IT Operations
• Experience in alert handling, incident & change management
• Knowledge in monitoring network and server infrastructure
• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
