IT Support Engineer

Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for end users and client environments in Savannah, Georgia. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex desktop, system, and network issues while delivering a high standard of service. The person in this role will handle escalated support needs, maintain core IT systems, and contribute to a stable and secure technology environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 3 technical support across multiple client environments

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, systems, and infrastructure

+ Lead and execute IT installations and deployment projects (network, hardware, cloud, and security)
