Job Description

**Responsibilities**

End-User IT Support (On-site IT Support)

+ Provide daily on-site IT technical support to internal employees, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents and service requests to ensure smooth daily operations in a timely manner.
+ Follow up on IT tickets from the Global IT Service Desk, ensuring issues are resolved and requests are completed in accordance with SLAs.
+ Perform installation, upgrades, patching, software deployment, and compliance checks for Windows and Mac OS systems.
+ Assist with application installation and configuration, user account and access permission management, and provide end-user guidance as needed.

IT Asset Management

+ Manage and maintain company IT assets, including computers, printers, IP phones, conference room equipment, and server room equipment.
