IT Support Engineer

Qualifications

: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Requirements : - Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or relevant

- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Willing to support shift work or overtime when required by production

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (Production, Engineering, vendor teams)

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Job Descriptions : - Perform troubleshooting for IT production equipment

- Provide Level 1 network support, MES and ERP system support

- Install, configure and update software applications

- Coordinate with vendors for Multifunction Printers (MFPs) when breakdowns occur.
