Level 3 IT Support Engineer - Remote in South Africa, 12-Month Contract (7pm-4am SAST)
Join our client as a Level 3 IT Support Engineer, resolving complex client issues, mentoring teams, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment focused on growth, security, and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Jamf 100 certification
- Proven MSP experience managing diverse client needs
- Experience with IT compliance standards
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in IT support and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Halo ITSM, Slack, and remote tools
- Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate effectively
Preferred
- Jamf 200 certification
- Experience with special IT projects
- Tier 1 staff training
