Level 3 IT Support Engineer - Remote in South Africa, 12-Month Contract (7pm-4am SAST) 
Join our client as a Level 3 IT Support Engineer, resolving complex client issues, mentoring teams, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment focused on growth, security, and high client satisfaction. 
Requirements 
Jamf 100 certification 
Proven MSP experience managing diverse client needs 
Experience with IT compliance standards 
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in IT support and infrastructure 
Proficiency in Halo ITSM, Slack, and remote tools 
Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate effectively 
Preferred 
Jamf 200 certification 
Experience with special IT projects 
Tier 1 staff training
