IT Support Engineer (Start ASAP)

Additional benefits: The salary range for this role is ₱17,000 - ₱23,000 per month.

Provide technical support and IT solutions for end-users at Adventus, a global ICT provider.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

1. Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
2. Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.).
3. Configure and administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune, and manage patching & file servers.
4. Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs.
5. Manage IT assets and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
6. Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is an added advantage.
