About the Role:

Provide technical support and IT solutions for end-users at Adventus, a global ICT provider.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.).
• Configure and administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune, and manage patching & file servers.
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Manage IT assets and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is an added advantage.
