Brief:

Onsite Support (OSS) handles all IT hardware devices and support all IT services on a NXP location. The scope of work includes Maintaining, Analyzing, Troubleshooting, installing computer hardware, software, network, video conference rooms and provide hands and feet support for global IT teams.

Responsibilities:

Work on Incidents, Service Requests & Assist VIP Support and global IT teams with problems, Onboardings- and Off-Boarding Activities, Remote Support Coordination, Inventory Management.

Networking support such as Patching and Debugging.

Interact with end-users for requestsincidents and follow up with users via teamsmail.

Hardware repair support including offer request & data migration support.

Printer support (Toner/Drum/Wastebin replacement) & repair support (call vendor and support technician). <...
