At least 6 years of IT support experience.
Strong understanding of document imaging systems (experience with capture, storage, or delivery platforms is a plus).
Experience installing and troubleshooting document scanners.
Familiar with distributed or multi‑site imaging environments.
ITIL or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
