Job Description
Role Description:
An IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's IT systems. This role supports daily IT operations, manages incident tickets, and assists in maintaining network and system infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Handle user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.
- Monitor and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
