ABOUT THE JOB :
The IT support will be in charge of assisting students, staff, faculty members and other EU stakeholders; with their IT requests and to solve any issue they may meet.
Reporting to the IT Director, this role is key to maintain systems, network, devices and all what required for the smooth work of all EU members.
Main responsibilities
- Network administration in our Barcelona campuses
- Helpdesk to staff, professors and students.
- Administration of Office 365 and other platforms managed in the department.
