IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of all company hardware and software
• Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
• Perform helpdesk support for end-users
• Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
• Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate risks
• Maintain all IT related infrastructure
• Maintain inventory and IT asset tracking
• Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
• Participate and actively support company initiatives
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
