IT Support Executive

Job Summary

The IT Support Executive provides daily IT support to ensure all systems, hardware, software, and networks run smoothly. This role assists employees with IT issues, maintains IT equipment, and supports basic IT operations to minimize downtime and improve work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support (onsite & remote)

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Microsoft 365, SAP B1 ERP, MES)
• Create SAP B1 forms and reports using Crystal Reports
• Implement and administer Veeam Backup Community Edition
• Monitor network systems and troubleshoot issues
• Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery
• Document support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with vendors and external IT service providers
