• Working time: 7.30 to 5.15pm or 8.30 to 6.15pm or 9.30 to 7.15pm
• Salary: $3000 - $3500

Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT Support to join our team. The candidate

will be responsible for providing end‑user support and maintaining IT infrastructure, including desktop systems, network devices, and servers. The role involves coordination with external vendors and support for WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, Active Directory, and NAS systems to ensure stable and secure IT operations.

Key Areas of Accountabilities

1. Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
2. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
3. Support endpoint security tools, antivirus software, system updates, and patch management.
