Key Responsibilities
IT Helpdesk & User Support:
Provide first-line technical support to staff, teachers, and students via face-to-face, phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot common issues with computers, printers, projectors, and school devices.
Deliver basic user training on software tools like Microsoft Office 365 and school systems.
Hardware & Software Maintenance
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and classroom AV equipment.
