IT Support Executive

We are hiring an 
IT Support Executive
 to monitor, maintain, and support the company's IT systems and users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware/software, troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and user devices.

This role requires hands-on support experience in a growing business environment with multiple networks, VPNs, firewalls, VoIP, Active Directory, and internet links.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure computer systems and IT services run smoothly so users can work effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain:
• Computer hardware and peripherals
• Operating systems and applications
• Printers, scanners, and other office devices
