Job Description
· Install, maintain, support & troubleshoot internal staff laptops/PC internal network/systems infrastructure & equipment
· Provide technical assistance to staff whenever it is required
· Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
· Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
· Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
· Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
· You need to assist in managing the company's systems/applications.
· Setting up new accounts for new users.
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
· Helping and standby for company event to ensure smooth delivery of IT Device and hardware.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
