IT Support Executive

Job Purpose

The IT Support Executive will provide comprehensive IT support across the Methodist Council of Education (MCOE) office, the Methodist Church of Malaysia (MCM) office and Wesley Methodist School (WMS).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for IT hardware, including PCs, printers, routers, switches, access points, projectors and NAS devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Maintain and support internet connectivity and network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance across all sites.
• Deliver timely on-site support to users at the main office, MCM office, and Wesley Methodist School, including occasional travel as needed.
• Oversee system backup and restore processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
