IT Support Executive

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Provide daily user support and serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT-related requests.
• Coordinate with Headquarters IT and external vendors to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Support system upgrades, installations, migrations, and configuration changes across the company’s IT environment.
• Perform monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, workstations, software, telephony, and network equipment.
• Manage and lead IT-related initiatives, including system implementations, upgrade programs, and cybersecurity enhancement projects.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure regular data backups and security updates are performed.
