IT Support Executive

IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (IN-HOUSE)

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of all company hardware and software
• Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
• Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
• Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks
• Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
• Participate and actively support company activities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or any relevant discipline
• Good spoken English
• Good technical mind and a team player who is able to work independently
