IT Support for Davao Site

Position Summary:

Manage and maintain workstations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Work with all aspects of desktop computers including initial installation and roll-out, repairs, upgrades and day-to-day user support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
• Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Data Backup and Recovery.
• Office software Installation.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
• Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
• Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
  

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree in BS Information Technology or related course
