Description
Steelcase Monterrey is hiring an IT Support Intern who will be assisting your peers with tasks related to loading windows images, software installations and troubleshooting, hardware repair, computer maintenance and inventory. You will be actively learning the miscellaneous technologies managed by the TechHub team. Work on support incidents and assist employees on events related to computer’s performance, Microsoft 365, and connectivity problems. Research alternatives to optimize or automate current processes. Participate on team’s meetings. 
You will also be responsible for:
Learning and embracing Agile/SCRUM 
Learning the miscellaneous technologies managed by the TechHub team. 
Completing deliveries on time. 
Support incidents. 
User Experience 
Required Skills and Competencies
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree on IT degree or related
