What You'll Be Doing
Technical Support
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, operating systems, and desktop applications
Act as the first point of contact for internal IT issues
Support user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, access updates, equipment handover)
Hardware & Asset Management
Coordinate setup and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and office IT equipment
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
Work with vendors for repairs and replacements
