1. Performing incident resolution and follow-up, problem identification, analysis, and customer support,
2. Monitoring, preventing and reporting on our customers’ installations,
3. Participating in continuous improvement of the overall production environment and proposing improvements where required,
4. Being involved in IT-related projects,
5. Delivering IT parts to customers.
