Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min 10 years of Proven Experience in support or help desk roles, with exposure to Level 2 tasks.
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  3. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud computing platforms.
  4. Understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
