My client working in retail with more than 240 stores in Belgium and a hundred in France is looking for an IT Support.
This role is a real pillar for my client, because in the long term, this new colleague will form his own team.
Your mission:
- Act as L2 support on site in Liège for employees
- Act as L1 and L2 remote support for stores
- Proactive systems maintenance
Your Profile :
- 3-5 years experience in IT Support
- Speaks French and English
- Lives in Liege
- Mastery of L2 Support
- L1 Support expertise
- Voluntary
- Autonomous
