IT Support Officer

We are seeking IT Operations Support Officers to provide technical and operational support for our systems and mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support to operational users
• Deliver on-site ICT support for operational events
• Perform 1st level network troubleshooting at designated sites
• Maintain network control rooms and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in IT, Computer Studies, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or related
• Preferably 2 years of ICT technical support / field support / project coordination experience
• Fresh diploma graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome
