IT Support Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

•
1–3 years
of experience in IT support or helpdesk role

• Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics

• Familiarity with routers, switches, and basic IP configuration

• Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
