Job Description

 IT Support Officer L2 & L3 
 Adelaide Based role
 Permanent Oppourtunity 
 We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to work with our multiple clients here in Adelaide.
 The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role: 
 Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in IT
 Experience with Microsoft Server & Windows operating systems including Virtualisation
 Experience with technical presales
 Experience with server migrations
 Experience with Microsoft Azure
 Experience with office 365
 Configuration/Support of Backup Software/Solutions
 Configuration/Support of VOIP Products
 Experience in the use/configuration of Remote Monitoring & Management Software. (Halo and Ninja)
 Solid networking foundation required to support core network services; TCP/IP, PPP, ADSL, NBN, SNMP, L2TP, Routing, Firewalling and Switching.
