IT Support Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 1st level technical support to employees onsite and remotely, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, application and other IT equipment.
• Software installation, updates, and licensing compliance.
• Server/network performance monitoring, maintenance, patches and system backups.
• Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to resolve issue
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain user accounts, access rights, and data security policies and Office 365
• Documentation relates to system configuration, user guide and processes.
• Procurement, inventory and records tracking of all IT assets, software license, subscription contract and warranty.
