Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking problems
• Manage user accounts, system access, and passwords
• Support and maintain biometric attendance systems and internal applications
