IT Support

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues (in-person, phone, or remote).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year experience
• Fluent in English
• Live near Pasay/Parañaque
• Can work shifting schedule
• Can speak English fluently
