IT Support (Part time)

The primary focus of an IT Support is to ensure that a company's employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks.

· Help desk support: The first point of contact for users experiencing issues.

· Desktop support: Focuses on resolving issues related to desktop computers.

· Network support: Manages and troubleshoots network-related problems.

· Application support: Deals with software applications and their related issues

Responsibilities

· Resolving IT support requests from employees

• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
