Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support staff to provide day-to-day support for Accounting and HR systems, with a primary focus on report generation using Crystal Reports and assisting internal users with system-related concerns.

This role is support- and reporting-focused and does not involve programming or system development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support users of Accounting and HR systems
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Crystal Reports
• Assist with system access, user issues, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with software vendors when needed
• Troubleshoot basic PC, printer, and office IT issues
• Install and configure standard office applications
• Provide basic user guidance and support

Job Requirements

• College graduate (IT or related course preferred)
