Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, providing effective solutions to end-users.
• With at least 6 months of experience in IT-related job
• Experience with ticketing systems is necessary to log, prioritize, and track support requests.
• Knowledgeable in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and software applications.
• Willing to relocate anywhere
