With HRIS, Biometrics, Computer Hardware & Software, and Graphic ID System Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:Educational Background:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:1. HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems):
· Experience managing and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar).
· Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot employee records, attendance integration, and user access.
- Biometric Systems:
· Hands-on experience with biometric devices (fingerprint scanners, facial recognition systems, or RFID).
· Knowledge of integrating biometric data with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
· Troubleshooting biometric system errors and connectivity issues.
