The IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and ensuring the efficient operation of all IT systems and equipment within the store. This includes the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installs and sets up POS (Point-of-Sale) terminals, user workstations, servers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Ensures the proper maintenance and upkeep of all IT equipment in the store.
- Conducts regular inspection and inventory of IT assets to ensure optimal functionality and accuracy of records.
- Performs first-level troubleshooting and basic repair of IT systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Coordinates with service providers for repairs and reports defective machines covered under warranty.
- Generates and consolidates various POS reports such as department totals, daily recaps, item movement, terminal product...
