**IT Support Technician (Contract) – San Francisco / South San Francisco**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for an ongoing contract opportunity in the Bay Area. This is a hands-on role supporting office and lab environments across multiple onsite locations.

**Schedule:**

+ 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA
+ 2 days onsite in South San Francisco, CA

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, networking, and user account issues
+ Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
+ Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software in accordance with IT standards
+ Support conference room AV systems and onsite vendor/network activities
+ Collaborate with remote IT teams on system rollouts, patching, and upgrades
+ Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment lifecycle management
