• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for users in a timely manner
• Provide end-user training and support on various IT applications and systems
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure
• Assist with the implementation and integration of new technologies
• Responsible for CCTV installation and monitoring
