About the position:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance and maintenance across our organization’s IT environment. You will act as the single point of contact for end users, ensuring fast, reliable, and high-quality support both remotely and in person. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and IT systems to ensure an optimal working environment for our global team.
Core responsibilities:
Provide on-site support in the Budapest office and remote assistance to colleagues worldwide, in both English and Hungarian
Deliver end-user support for PCs, Macs, mobile devices (iOS and Android), printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems
Support collaboration platforms and promote effective use of tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
