You have a natural curiosity to understand how things work, enjoy the troubleshooting process and are not intimidated by the challenge of learning on the fly to resolve problems. If this sounds like you, we’re looking for a customer-focused individual with a broad understanding of technology to join our team! As the IT Support Specialist, you will be based out of Alberta Regional Office in Edmonton and will offer support to regional users who are experiencing challenges with their computers or software.

Support can be provided in person, over the phone, or online. You will address issues ranging from the network systems to individual desktop computers.
