The IT Support Specialist provides technical support to company employees, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user technical issues onsite while also delivering remote support to global sites and users.



What Will You Do?

+ Provide direct technical support for end users at the Legrand Data, Power, and Control onsite and remote support for global sites and users

+ Support manufacturing operations, including Windows computers, OT systems, and IoT devices

+ Liaise with IT functional experts to ensure correct and timely support is delivered
