Key Accountabilities:
+ Work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.
+ Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are beign supported.
+ Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
+ Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
+ Collaborate with other IT Team members.
+ Document technical issues and solutions.
+ Provide on-call support as needed.
+ Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
