IT Support Specialist Intern

Your mission

You will assist with optimizing and automating our internal service desk portal and contribute to improving the IT support experience across the company. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations, enhance the user experience, and contribute to IT solutions that streamline workflows within SOPHiAGENETICS.

• Assisting in creation and testing a Techservices infrastructure dashboards used throughout the organization.
• Supporting MDM setup (JAMF, Intune) and helping document workflows.
• Collaboration with engineers to align with SOC2 and C5 compliance.
• Assisting with the monitoring and management of the internal helpdesk, responding to IT requests from employees and reporting key metrics.
• Supporting the configuration of role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts, and access permissions.
